1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using YG Engineering's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

YG Engineering provides web development, custom software development, and related digital services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Free Website Promotion

Our free website promotion (10 free websites) is subject to the following terms:

• Limited to 10 qualifying small businesses
• Applications must be submitted before 31 August 2025
• Clients pay only R100/year for domain registration
• Clients pay R50/month for hosting services
• Website design and development are provided at no cost
• Basic website includes up to 5 pages
• Additional features may incur extra costs
• YG Engineering reserves the right to select qualifying businesses
• Promotion cannot be combined with other offers

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service. For custom projects, 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Domain and hosting fees are billed annually and monthly respectively. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the content and design of their website. YG Engineering retains rights to any proprietary code, frameworks, or tools used in development. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely content
• Ensuring all content is legally compliant
• Making timely payments as agreed
• Maintaining backups of their data

7. Limitation of Liability

YG Engineering's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, clients retain ownership of their content and may request data export. Outstanding payments remain due.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
